· Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or the digital assets displayed on this site without express written permission from us.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF HERITAGE DATA
While we strive for high precision (adhering to FADGI/ISO benchmarks), the digital representations on this site are provided for educational and archival purposes.
· Disclaimer: Digital twins and 3D models are "representations" and should not be used as the sole basis for physical authentication or structural engineering decisions without independent professional validation.
· Historical Info: Historical material is provided for your convenience and may not reflect the most recent archaeological discoveries.

Prices for our products and consultancy services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.

VARAHA TECH LABS LLP shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure, "Acts of God," labor unrest, or sudden changes in government regulations regarding the handling of archaeology and heritage artifacts.

You agree to indemnify and hold VARAHA TECH LABS LLP and our affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY & TERMINATION
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The obligations of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising here from shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
